At God's Gym, we teach the process of shaping and strengthening specific parts of the anatomy in order to improve one's capability to achieve better results in all types of physical activities. Jogging, team sports, tennis, swimming, and aerobics all involve using muscles. Weight training places optimal strength on muscles, tendons, and ligaments hence efficiently improves general physical condigion. Weight training, however, thoguh important is only the beginning. More than two decades of experience in the fitness industry, Gary Jr. is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals and is dedicated to providing a supportive and motivating environment.
