Training Details

Personal Training consists of 30 minutes of weight training and 15 minutes of cardiovascular training.

Terms & Conditions

  • Annual price increase: 2.5% per year
  • All sales are FINAL - Absolutely NO REFUNDS
  • Make-up sessions for private lessons are $20 per missed session upon renewal
  • You're only allowed 3 makeup workouts in a 6-week session

About God's Gym

At God's Gym, we teach the process of shaping and strengthening specific parts of the anatomy in order to improve one's capability to achieve better results in all types of physical activities. Jogging, team sports, tennis, swimming, and aerobics all involve using muscles. Weight training places optimal strength on muscles, tendons, and ligaments hence efficiently improves general physical condigion. Weight training, however, thoguh important is only the beginning. To condition fully, calls for a total BODY CONDITIONING, CARDIO CONDITIONING, and STRENGTH TRAINING.

More than Lifting Weights Total Body Conditioning is a total fitness plan; a proven method for giving you the body you've always dreamed of. A centruy ago, general fitness was promoted as "PHYSICAL CULTURE." This healthy way of life included a good diet, weight training, hiking, gymnastics, running, stretching, and athletics. 100 years ago, it would have ven inconceivable for a practicioner of physical conditioning not to be fit, healthy, and able to run for miles.
